About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager – School Books to manage the development, positioning, and market adoption of our K-12 school book portfolio. The role will work closely with editorial, sales, marketing, and design teams to create products aligned with school and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies for school textbooks across different markets.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.

• Visit schools with sales teams to understand requirements and gather feedback.

• Develop product presentations, content kits, and sales-support materials.

• Coordinate product launches, teacher orientation sessions, and demonstrations.

• Work with editorial and design teams on product development and improvements.

• Monitor market response, competitor activities, and product performance.

• Support sales teams in increasing product adoption across schools.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field.

• Experience in school book publishing / K-12 education products preferred.

• Good understanding of the school education and textbook market.

• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel for school visits and market activities.
