We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager - 3PL to lead our distribution and logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end processes while ensuring seamless delivery performance, optimizing warehouse and transportation activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your contribution will be an exciting opportunity to influence the future of last mile logistics through innovative process management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage distribution operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and shipping & receiving functions.

• Oversee transportation planning and freight management to ensure timely deliveries while optimizing costs and resources.

• Implement process improvements utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency across all logistics functions.

• Manage supply chain activities such as demand planning, production scheduling, and materials management to align with business objectives.

• Supervise logistics teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.

• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools to monitor operations and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Develop budgets, monitor profit & loss statements, and control costs related to distribution operations to maximize profitability.

• Drive supply chain efficiency through process management, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution management strategies.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in operations management within 3PL last mile delivery or similar logistics environments.

• Strong understanding of supply chain management, transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP platforms.

• Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies.

• Excellent team management skills with experience supervising warehouse staff and logistics teams.

• Strong proficiency in M365 and other systems for reporting, analysis, and communication purposes.

• Effective managerial communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is a physically active role located in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, this position be comfortable with the following physical requirements as needed:

• Heavy Lifting: Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry objects independently, and heavier loads with team assistance.

• Mobility: Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling throughout a typical shift.

• Safety Protocol: Strict adherence to safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.

• Environmental Conditions: Comfort working in a facility that may experience temperature fluctuations, dust, and moderate to high noise levels depending on the season.

Compensation: $75k annually
