Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events to expand the company's footprint in the real estate development sector.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to target potential clients, investors, and partners, aligning with overall business objectives.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing, including negotiations and contract finalization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness within the industry.

• Lead team efforts in strategic management initiatives that support long-term growth and market positioning.

• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development management within real estate development or related industries.

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and CRM software tools for relationship management and sales tracking.

• Demonstrated ability in deal closing, sales negotiation, and enterprise selling strategies.

• Excellent communication skills with a talent for client relationship management and negotiation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

• Experience in prospecting, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.

• Leadership qualities with experience managing or guiding teams toward successful project outcomes.

• Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to real estate development is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
