Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

  • Conduct property checks and ensure that all units are well-maintained and in compliance with company standards.

  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist with rent collection and lease enforcement procedures.

  • Conduct market research and assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

  • Drive to various properties as needed for meetings, and other duties.


Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old or older.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
