Assist with rent collection and lease enforcement procedures.

Drive to various properties as needed for meetings, and other duties.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
