Summary

As a Leasing Administrator, you will coordinate and administer the application and move-in process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for a smooth leasing experience. This role involves providing exceptional service to both current and prospective residents and actively participating in leasing activities for upscale apartments.

As a Leasing Administrator, you’ll work alongside the Community Director and property team to provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents. You’ll coordinate and administer the application and move-in process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth leasing experience. This role combines administrative responsibilities with active participation in leasing activities for our upscale, award-winning apartments.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and maintain accurate resident files and documentation

  • Confirm apartment move-in dates and details

  • Schedule and conduct final move-in paperwork appointments

  • Prepare and administer move-in packets, keys, remotes, and related materials

  • Assist with leasing tours and sales efforts to meet occupancy goals

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

  • Collaborate with the property team to ensure company standards are met

  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily; property management software experience is a plus

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of administrative, customer service, or leasing experience (property management preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Available to work 9am–6pm, and working weekends

Compensation & Perks

The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $23.50 per hour for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.

  • Performance Incentives: Sales commissions, annual merit increases, and annual bonus opportunities

  • Cell Phone Allowance: $60/month

  • Clothing Allowance: $650 in your first year, $450 each following year
