Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to the build-to-rent HOA team, assisting with daily operations, HOA projects, board meetings, and external relations. It's an opportunity for individuals looking to grow a career in real estate and property management.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to support our growing team within the build to rent HOA space. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across various departments, assisting with day-to-day operations of HOA projects, HOA board meetings, and other HOA relations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in real estate and property management.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous experience in Property Management and/or HOA experience preferred.

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Critical thinking skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, diligence, and ability to multi-task

  • Initiative-taking and initiative-taking with the ability to work independently.

  • Flexible to manage diverse changes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with software programs such as Salesforce and Yardi.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage filing systems and clerical tasks to include but not limited to, inputting documents, maintaining, creating and organizing file folders.

  • Liaison for 3rd party management communities

  • Assist with onboarding new communities

  • Assist with routine file folder audits.

  • Assist with updating the BTR database in Salesforce.

  • Assist with various projects for the department.

  • Attend team, department functions and HOA meetings as needed.

  • Assist with HOA communication internally and externally as needed.

  • Answer calls, emails, internal chats and respond to inquiries.

  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Other Requirements:

  • Maintain professional appearance

  • Ability to work overtime if needed
