Role overview
Summary
The Property Manager provides expert real estate guidance to international investors seeking residency through the Greek Golden Visa program. This role involves curating property shortlists, leading viewings, and acting as a primary consultant and liaison throughout the property acquisition and investment journey.
As a property manager you will provide expert, consultative real estate guidance to international investors seeking residency via the Greek Golden Visa program. This role serves as a property concierge, evaluating developer portfolios, and managing the end-to-end property acquisition journey without relying on direct sales tactics.
Responsabilities:
Analyze client requirements and investment budgets to curate a tailored shortlist of properties from our developers' and partners' portfolios.
Review and assess property specifications, locations, and market values to provide clients with data-driven insights and objective comparisons.
Arrange and lead property viewings, effectively showcasing the unique selling points and investment potential of partner developments.
Serve as the primary consultant and first point of contact for clients throughout their real estate onboarding and investment journey.
Act as the critical liaison between the client, real estate developers, and external partners, ensuring the client's interests are protected.
Personally accompany clients to all critical external real estate and administrative meetings, including law firms, banking institutions, and notary offices.
Facilitate and streamline the collection of all necessary property-related and legal documentation required for the Golden Visa application process.
Qualifications:
A solid foundational knowledge of the Greek Real Estate market, including current trends, high-demand areas, and property valuation basics.
Proven experience in property consulting, real estate advisory, high-end hospitality, or a premium customer-facing role. Experience working with international clients or within the residency-by-investment (Golden Visa) sector is highly preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with a proven track record in B2B negotiation and partner management.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
Fluency in English and Greek is essential (additional languages targeting key Golden Visa demographics are a massive plus).
Must possess a valid Greek/EU driving license and be comfortable regularly driving to accompany clients to external site visits and partner meetings.
