This role involves independent decision-making, monitoring resident satisfaction, and handling challenging tenant situations within a supportive team environment.
In this role, you will be part of the housing business unit that manages over 35,000 investment properties for our major clients. This means that you will be responsible for maintaining property information in systems for investment properties owned by our clients, processing materials, informing properties, monitoring resident satisfaction, and coordinating the service network together with other housing team members. Housing coordinators play an important role in coordinating property maintenance issues as well as handling challenging tenant situations.
What skills do you use to succeed?
You are solution-oriented, empathetic and positive.
You take action and make things happen.
You are systematic and meticulous in your approach to work – even in busy moments, you manage to promote several things at the same time.
You quickly learn new systems and are fluent in the most common MS Office programs.
You dare to ask if you don't know.
If you have previous experience in similar tasks in the real estate industry, great! If not, don't worry, you can learn these jobs. This job is more about the right attitude and approach to work than years of experience. However, it is important that you are used to working on a computer and that learning different systems comes naturally. To succeed in the job, you need to be systematic and have good pressure tolerance.
What will your future team be like?
We have a team and in-house work ethic. Even though our work is independent and we work in different parts of Finland, we work together. So it is important that teamwork is a comfortable way for you to work, but that you can also work independently. We also each influence what our work culture is like and how we develop our operations.
What do we offer you?
The best colleagues in the industry and strong support.
A perspective on the real estate industry: You get to follow the life cycle of properties and see the impact of your own work.
A work community that doesn't compromise. We do our work with pride but not too seriously – seriously but not seriously!
Modern workspaces in Ruoholahti, Helsinki.
We do not seek quick profits, but rather invest in the well-being of our employees, quality work and service to our customers.
Your workplace will be in our Helsinki office. After orientation, you will also have the opportunity for hybrid work. The salary range for the role is 2300-2500€/month.
We are looking for someone to join our team for a fixed-term employment contract until August 31, 2027. The employment contract will start on September 1, 2026.
