We are building a talent pool for future opportunities within our Portfolio Administration team. As an Entry Level Property Helpdesk team member, you will support the day-to-day coordination of property-related enquiries, maintenance requests, and administrative tasks while working with clients, landlords, surveyors, and facilities management providers.
What You Could Be Doing
Handling property-related enquiries and maintenance requests
Updating information and records in internal systems
Communicating with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting
What We're Looking For
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Nice to Have
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or helpdesk roles
Experience working with data or documentation
