Most of the economy still runs on physical products — windows, shutters, HVAC systems, solar panels and industrial equipment. The companies behind these products aren’t going anywhere. But the way they operate is about to change completely.

Bravi is building the AI operating layer for manufacturers and distributors: voice agents that answer calls 24/7, AI assistants that capture leads instantly, and knowledge bases that help technical teams find answers in seconds.

We’re backed by Y Combinator (F25), already work with manufacturers and distributors generating hundreds of millions in revenue, and are expanding rapidly across Europe and the US.

Bravi was founded by Anas Bouassami (EPFL / UC Berkeley) and Pierre-Habté (ISAE-SUPAERO / UC Berkeley), who previously built and exited Snipfeed.

The Role

We’re looking for our first Founding AI Implementation Manager. This is not a traditional Customer Success role. Your mission is to help some of the world’s most traditional industries successfully deploy AI into their daily operations.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Forward Deployment Engineers to launch AI systems in production: configuring voice agents, building knowledge bases, adapting workflows, testing conversations and ensuring every deployment creates measurable business impact.

Once customers are live, you’ll become their trusted AI advisor. You’ll help them continuously improve their AI agents, identify new opportunities for automation, and drive adoption across their organization.

Every deployment is different. Every customer teaches us something new. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap and the future of Bravi.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI deployments from kickoff to production.

• Work alongside Forward Deployment Engineers to configure AI voice agents, AI chat assistants and knowledge bases.

• Understand each customer’s business processes and adapt Bravi to their workflows.

• Analyze AI conversations, identify failure modes and continuously improve performance.

• Train customer teams and drive AI adoption across their organization.

• Become the primary point of contact once deployments are live.

• Build trusted relationships with executives and operational teams.

• Identify expansion opportunities across departments, countries and business units.

• Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn customer feedback into product improvements.

• Help define how AI implementations should scale at Bravi as we grow.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for ambitious people who want to build one of the defining AI companies of this generation.

You should have:

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Product, Operations, Strategy Consulting or another highly client-facing role.

• Graduated from a top engineering school, business school or leading university.

• Perfect fluency in both English and French.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.

• Curiosity for AI and enthusiasm for learning new technologies quickly.

• High ownership and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

• A strong bias toward action.

You do not need to know how to code. However, you should enjoy understanding technical systems and explaining them clearly to customers.

Bonus points

• Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI startup.

• Experience deploying software for enterprise customers.

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents or prompt engineering.

• Experience working with manufacturers, distributors or industrial companies.

• Experience using AI tools daily.
