Eligibility:

  • 2024/25 Batch

  • Qualification - Any BE/BTech or MBA (Exceptional BBA candidates will be considered)

  • Has a learning attitude

  • You will shadow a senior resource for six months, during which you will learn all aspects of logistics and AI-driven sales. After this period, you will transition to working independently.


Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales & Tech Solutions Executive to join our Head Office sales team. This role focuses on driving sales through our AI-powered FTL (Full Truck Load) engine, a cutting-edge platform designed for efficient truck deployment from the market to retail customers. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and the tech team to manage leads, onboard customers, track platform performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management – Coordinate open leads with assigned Regional Managers, assist with customer onboarding, and manage system entries.

  • Rate Quotation & Customer Engagement – Share competitive rate quotations with customers, engage in discussions as required, and close deals with the support of senior team members.

  • Platform Oversight – Track, manage, and oversee the company’s AI-driven FTL software to ensure optimal usage and performance.

  • Reports & Analysis – Prepare and share regular performance reports, analyze platform data, and discuss findings with the team.

  • Tech Module Testing – Assist in testing new features and modules on the tech platform in coordination with the support team.

  • Feedback & Improvements – Provide structured feedback from customer and operational interactions to improve system functionality and service delivery.


Compensation:

Total CTC: ₹4,34,400 per annum

  • Fixed Component: ₹3,14,400 per annum

  • Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹1,20,000 per annum

Probation period : 6 months

Only after the probation, the candidate is eligible for incentives over and above their salary.

Upon successful completion of probation and confirmation, candidates may receive a 15–20% hike on their fixed CTC based on performance


Note:

Candidates will have to go through an Offline interview as part of the selection process at Gurgaon office.
