Summary
The Sr. RMO Specialist will support clients' ITP portfolio by leading a healthcare modernization and platform-consolidation workstream. This role involves acting as a central coordination point within the Results Management Office, supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring accountability, and maintaining reporting dashboards and status reports. The specialist will also prepare materials for leadership reviews and support governance cadences.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Support clients’ ITP portfolio by leading a healthcare modernization and platform-consolidation workstream. We are seeking a results Management Office specialist that serves as a central coordination point within the Results Management Office, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring accountability across workstreams
Acting as liaison between the RMO and workstream leads to facilitating communication, track deliverables, and surface risks or issues for timely resource tracking for staffing
Maintaining and updating account reporting dashboards, status reports, and progress trackers to reflect current workstream performance
Preparing materials for leadership reviews, including compiling status updates, key metrics, and action items from across workstreams
Supporting governance cadences (e.g., weekly syncs, steering committee prep) by coordinating agendas, capturing decisions, and following up on open items
Identifying reporting gaps and working with workstream leads to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
6+ year of Project Management – onboarding/offboarding of resources, creating job postings, communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
6+ year of digital product delivery
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
