At Recrivio, we are building the talent and trust infrastructure layers for India’s fastest-growing startups and global technology companies across AI, SaaS, GCCs, Enterprise Tech, FinTech, Healthcare, and emerging sectors. We’re looking for a high-ownership, commercially sharp graduate who wants to learn how startups win customers, build revenue engines, crack enterprise accounts, and scale GTM from 1 → 10 → 100.

Alongside hiring, we have launched our product RecriAuth - Recrivio’s Background Verification (BGV) platform, designed for modern businesses that need faster, reliable, and candidate-first verification experiences. RecriAuth helps companies reduce hiring risk through streamlined employment, education, identity, and reference verification with speed and trust at the core.

This is not a conventional internship. You will work directly with the Founders and GTM leadership on real business problems from opening new markets to accelerating deal closures and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • 1. Build GTM Strategies

    • Work on expansion plans for new industries, customer segments, and markets

    • Analyze sales performance, conversion funnels, and competitor movements

    • Identify growth levers to improve pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes

    • Support quarterly growth planning and strategic GTM initiatives

  • 2. Break Into High-Value Accounts

    • Research enterprise accounts and map key decision-makers

    • Build targeted prospecting strategies and outbound campaigns

    • Partner with leadership to unlock strategic logos and enterprise opportunities

    • Learn Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales fundamentals

  • 3. Solve Revenue Problems Using Data

    • Build dashboards to track pipeline health and sales performance

    • Analyze metrics across the revenue funnel:

    • Lead → Opportunity → Deal → Revenue

    • Improve GTM efficiency through workflows, automation, and process optimization

  • 4. Create Sales Intelligence

    • Build founder-grade pitch decks and GTM narratives

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

    • Help refine positioning, pricing, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)

    • Develop sales assets used in live customer conversations

  • 5. Support Strategic Deals

    • Work on high-priority customer opportunities and strategic accounts

    • Prepare research briefs, business insights, and pricing recommendations

    • Identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and help accelerate deal closures

Who Should Apply

We care more about ownership, learning velocity, and problem-solving ability than pedigree.

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

  • Are a final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields and available for a full-time onsite internship for 12 months.

  • Have strong analytical thinking and enjoy solving business problems

  • Are curious about sales, startups, GTM, growth, strategy, or business building

  • Communicate clearly and can think in a structured manner

  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

  • Want direct exposure to founder-level decision-making

You’ll Stand Out If You

  • Have been part of an Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell), startup club, consulting club, placement committee, fest leadership, or any high-ownership student body

  • Have built something from scratch, startup, side project, student initiative, event, community, product, or business

  • Naturally take initiative and enjoy solving ambiguous problems

  • Think beyond execution and are curious about how businesses scale, acquire customers, and generate revenue

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Internship experience in startups, consulting, business development, growth, operations, or strategy

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets, analytics, or storytelling skills

  • Interest in B2B SaaS, AI, recruitment, or enterprise sales
