Own high-impact analytics end-to-end and become a strategic partner driving real business decisions, not just reporting numbers. Join us as a Senior Business Analyst.
How you’ll be hosting with heart:
Act as a trusted advisor to Product, Business, and Leadership, proactively identifying opportunities where data can drive growth and better decisions
Define and own core business and product KPIs, ensuring consistent definitions across the organization
Lead complex analytics projects end-to-end: from problem framing to data modeling, analysis, and stakeholder communication
Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches and scalable data solutions
Design and build scalable data models and high-quality dashboards to enable self-service analytics
Deep dive into product and business performance (funnels, KPIs, cohorts) to generate actionable insights
Build and optimize advanced SQL queries and data pipelines (e.g., in BigQuery or similar DWs)
Partner closely with Data Engineering on data architecture, data quality, and performance optimization
Drive improvements in data governance, quality, and metric consistency across teams
Evaluate and introduce next-generation BI and analytics solutions (e.g., AI/LLM-based tools)
Contribute to shaping the overall BI strategy (tooling, governance, best practices)
Mentor junior analysts and help raise the analytics bar across the organization
What you need to shoot for the stars:
5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
Advanced expertise in SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization, performance tuning)
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or modeling
Solid experience in data modeling (e.g., star schema, fact/dimension tables, metric layer design)
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Strong understanding of product and business analytics concepts (funnels, KPIs, experimentation, cohort analysis)
Experience working with modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery or similar)
Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML applications in analytics
