Summary
This role involves building and operating the in-house growth function for a contemporary luxury womenswear brand scaling in the US market. The Head of Digital Marketing & Growth will own paid media, measurement, lifecycle, affiliate, and the performance creative pipeline, while managing a small in-house team and external partners.

Own paid media, measurement, lifecycle, affiliate and the performance creative pipeline.
Manage a small in-house team and external partners.
Report to the Founder.
Key Accountabilities:
End-to-end paid media strategy and execution. Meta directly. Google Ads through a contractor.
Rebuild and own the measurement stack: GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, Meta CAPI and attribution platform (Triple Whale, Northbeam or equivalent).
Monthly performance reporting to Founder, Finance and Advisor covering ROAS, CAC, blended CAC, contribution margin, LTV and cohort retention.
Conversion optimisation. A/B testing program, landing pages, checkout optimisation.
Email and SMS lifecycle on Klaviyo.
Affiliate and influencer strategy. ShopMy reactivation, gifting program, US creator partnerships.
Performance creative pipeline. Brief and oversee a dedicated junior producer or external content studio.
Team leadership. Manage the Social Media & Junior Digital Marketing Manager and the Google Ads contractor. Direct external Klaviyo and analytics partners.
Requirements:
6 to 9 years in digital, growth or performance marketing.
Demonstrable experience scaling a DTC fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle brand from sub-$10M to $20M+ revenue.
US market track record. Non-negotiable.
Operator-level Meta Ads and Google Ads. Builds and optimises campaigns directly.
Fluent in GA4, GTM and attribution platforms. Reads and interprets data without intermediation.
Shopify Plus and Klaviyo experience.
Effective in a founder-led environment with high brand and budget standards.
English fluent.
Preferred:
Prior in-house build experience, including transitioning a brand off external agencies.
Combined DTC and wholesale exposure.
Cross-cultural fluency across South Asian and Western consumer markets.
