Real Estate Finance Solicitor

We'd be very interested in talking to individuals who have 2 - 4 years PQE, to work in our award-winning real estate team. Candidates should ideally have experience in some or all of the following areas:

• Property finance / development finance;

• development work, both commercial and residential; and

• Landlord and tenant.

We want someone who has experience of dealing with a range of property matters (including development, acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold interests, commercial landlord and tenant matters, assisting on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions) but who has specific experience in acting for both lenders and borrower on the property aspects of funding transactions. A proactive, self-starter, with a strong technical ability, a committed and strong work ethic, exceptional client service, a problem solver and a strong and capable team player. We would value an individual with excellent people, communication and client management skills, an interest in business development and good commercial awareness.

This role is based in the North East at our head office in central Newcastle upon Tyne – a city we have operated from for over 100 years. You can also take advantage of our agile working policy which allows our people to work 2 or 3 days per week from anywhere, depending upon business needs, providing excellent services to various organisations throughout the UK and beyond.
