The Real Estate team manages a broad property portfolio, focusing on development, disposition, and cost control through precise estimating and negotiation. Collaborating with internal partners and external agencies, the team ensures compliance and drives strategic initiatives to minimize risks and optimize investments. Members lead projects from site selection to construction, applying strong project management and business negotiation skills. The team fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth, supporting effective communication and collaboration to deliver value and uphold company standards in all real estate operations.

What you'll do...

  • Manage a real estate portfolio by evaluating properties for development or disposition and coordinating with internal partners and customers.

  • Lead negotiations for property use, lease enforcement, and contractor agreements, ensuring cost control and risk mitigation.

  • Oversee market analysis, site selection, and return on investment assessments to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies to minimize financial and reputational risks.

  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates while promoting company policies and ethical standards.

  • Extensive experience in real estate portfolio management, including site selection, market analysis, and deal negotiations.

  • Proven ability to manage construction costs through contract review, change order evaluation, and contractor negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
