Technical Product Owner – Internal Systems

Udrive is transforming urban mobility through technology, powering vehicle sharing, subscriptions, fleet management, payments, and customer experiences across multiple markets.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner – Internal Systems to own and continuously improve the internal tools and platforms used by Udrive’s teams.

The role will work closely with business and engineering teams to understand operational needs, improve workflows, define product requirements, and manage the delivery of internal system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage Udrive’s internal tools, dashboards, and operational platforms.

Work with internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

Create, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog.

Coordinate closely with Engineering throughout development, testing, and release.

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Manage integrations and dependencies between internal and third-party systems.

Coordinate UAT and ensure delivered features meet business requirements.

Gather feedback from internal users and continuously improve product usability.

Track product impact through adoption, efficiency, processing time, and other relevant KPIs.

Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and upcoming releases to stakeholders.

Required Skills

-

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.

Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and backlog management.

-

Good understanding of software development and Agile methodologies.

-

Ability to translate business problems into clear technical requirements.

-

Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and system workflows.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

-

Experience working closely with software developers and technical teams.

-

Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership from requirement to delivery.

Nice to Have

Experience managing internal or operational platforms.

Experience with CRM, customer service, fleet management, operations, analytics, or workflow systems.

Experience with process automation and third-party integrations.

Background in mobility, automotive, logistics, fintech, or other technology-driven businesses.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6 months, you will establish clear ownership of Udrive’s internal products, build a structured product backlog, improve collaboration between business and Engineering, and deliver improvements that reduce manual work, simplify workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
