Store cum Product Development Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and versatile Store cum Product Development Assistant to support our daily store and warehouse operations, as well as flavour evaluation and R&D activities.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Physically fit with good eyesight.

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese (Mandarin).

• Good time management and a positive working attitude.

• Familiar with vape products and flavours.

• Have a good sense of taste and able to identify and differentiate various flavours.

• Able to evaluate flavour profiles and identify flavours with good taste and market potential.

• Interest or experience in flavour development / R&D is an added advantage.

• Willing to travel outstation to China when required.

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Handle, pack, and arrange customer orders efficiently.

• Verify the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing goods.

• Count or weigh goods according to supporting documents.

• Assist with daily store and warehouse operations, including stock management.

• Assist in maintaining proper stock levels and conducting regular stock takes.

• Organize and arrange inventory systematically for easy access.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Assist with vape flavour evaluation and testing.

• Provide feedback on flavour taste, quality, and overall flavour profile.

• Support flavour development and R&D activities when required.

• Assist with product sampling, testing, and related R&D tasks.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Support overall store, warehouse, and R&D operations as required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
