Senior Product Manager - Experience Optimization

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Experience Optimization based in India.

This role offers an opportunity to shape and optimize complex Web3 product experiences across critical user journeys. You will define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and phased delivery plans focused on reducing friction and improving workflow efficiency, clarity, and conversion. Using product data, funnel analysis, experimentation, and operational insights, you will identify opportunities and measure their impact. You will work across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and business teams to turn insights into scalable solutions. The role requires balancing user experience, commercial objectives, technical considerations, and regulatory requirements within a fast-moving Web3 environment. It is well suited to an experienced product leader who combines strong systems thinking with highly data-driven execution.

Accountabilities:

• Develop Web3 product strategy, roadmaps, product requirements, and phased delivery plans for experience optimization initiatives across key product journeys.

• Lead improvements to workflow efficiency, content clarity, conversion, and overall user experience across critical Web3 flows.

• Establish KPI feedback loops through product instrumentation, funnel analysis, experimentation, iteration, and impact reporting.

• Analyze product data, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify friction points, establish priorities, and uncover optimization opportunities.

• Translate complex user and operational challenges into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.

• Drive execution across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and other key stakeholders while managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

• Define product solutions that balance experience quality, business objectives, scalability, and regulatory requirements.

• Continuously evaluate product performance and use measurable outcomes to guide prioritization and future iterations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or related digital platforms.

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional products focused on experience optimization, conversion, workflow improvement, or journey efficiency.

• Strong understanding of Web3 product flows, including wallets, on-chain interactions, signing processes, transaction states, and related user behaviors.

• Strong system-design and product-decomposition skills, with a detail-oriented approach to execution.

• Highly data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, funnel analysis, experimentation, and impact measurement to guide product decisions.

• Ability to identify friction within complex product journeys and translate findings into clear requirements and scalable product solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Experience with AI and Web3 products, including agents, automation, or intelligent execution, is a plus.
