About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a fast-growing AI technology company developing next-generation voice AI and automation products.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in B2B SaaS and product-led growth (PLG) products. You should have a proven track record of owning product outcomes end-to-end and shipping products that drive measurable customer adoption and business impact.

This role is ideal for a product leader who is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating across voice AI, real-time audio, telephony workflows, AI agents, APIs, and developer tools.

Experience working on AI products, particularly Voice AI, is highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Own customer outcomes for core product areas including voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation.

• Define product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics based on customer needs and business impact.

• Develop a deep understanding of customers by engaging directly with users and reviewing customer interactions, call transcripts, onboarding sessions, and support feedback.

• Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into clear product opportunities.

• Write clear, outcome-driven Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) covering customer problems, requirements, user journeys, and proposed solutions.

• Work closely with Engineering to design scalable solutions and evaluate tradeoffs based on customer value, time to impact, and long-term platform health.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, and Customer Success teams to understand buying signals, customer objections, rollout blockers, and expansion opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional product execution by planning, sequencing, and tracking initiatives while maintaining clear ownership.

• Validate product concepts with customers through prototypes, beta programs, and rapid iterations before scaling investments.

• Use customer feedback and measurable outcomes to continuously improve the product experience.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with approximately 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.

• Proven experience building and managing B2B SaaS products.

• Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG).

• Demonstrated ability to own product outcomes from strategy through execution.

• Experience creating product roadmaps, defining requirements, and managing cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, or similar cross-functional teams.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or managing AI products.

• Experience with Voice AI or conversational AI.

• Familiarity with real-time audio and telephony workflows.

• Experience with AI agents, APIs, or developer tools.

• Experience using product analytics and customer feedback to drive product decisions.

• Experience taking products from early validation through scalable production.

Compensation & Equity

Base Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year

A competitive equity package is also offered.

The compensation structure provides flexibility between cash and equity, allowing candidates to choose from different cash-equity balance options.
