Role Description The Senior Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for leading product strategy, roadmap, and execution across key offerings within A Business Studio’s ecosystem. This role involves conducting market and customer research, translating insights into product requirements, and prioritizing features that align with business objectives and client needs. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, technology, and staffing, to design and deliver solutions that improve client workflows and support scalable growth. Daily activities include defining and tracking product KPIs, managing product backlogs, guiding implementation, and continuously iterating based on feedback and performance data. The role also includes stakeholder communication, risk identification, and contributing to long-term product vision and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for B2B or consulting-focused solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and convert insights into actionable product decisions.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, technology, staffing) and aligning diverse stakeholders around product priorities.

• Solid understanding of business operations, workflow optimization, and financial or growth strategies to support scalable client solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver outcomes within defined timelines.

• Relevant academic background in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in product management are an advantage.

• Previous experience in consulting, business services, or SaaS environments, and familiarity with agile or iterative product development methodologies is beneficial.
