-
Establish success metrics and drive measurable business and customer outcomes.

-
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader across digital product management and platform strategy.

Required Qualifications:

-
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.

-
4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, entitlement management, or other platform-based products.

Desired Qualifications:

-
Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in discussions related to APIs, integrations, platform architecture, and technical trade-offs.

-
Proven track record of defining and executing platform strategies and large-scale transformation initiatives.

-
Experience leading product strategy across complex, interconnected systems, platforms, and customer journeys.

-
Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

-
Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated environments.

-

-
Experience improving customer and user experiences across fragmented or multi-platform ecosystems.

-
Expertise in digital product management, service design, Agile methodologies, and modern product delivery practices.

-
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Job Expectations:

Demonstrate expertise in customer-managed access models, including role-based access, permissions, entitlements, and administrative controls.

-
Create clarity, structure, and alignment in highly complex and rapidly evolving environments.

-
Lead through influence while building strong partnerships across engineering, design, business, architecture, and executive leadership teams.

-
Balance long-term strategic investments with immediate business and delivery commitments.

-
Partner closely with technical teams to define and deliver platform capabilities that support growth, security, and scalability.
