Production Crew

Job Description

Responsible for the preparation, production, quality control, sanitation, and proper handling of Goldilocks products. Ensures that all products are prepared according to established standards while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Baking – Prepare, measure, mix, and bake cakes, breads, pastries, and other products following standard recipes and procedures.

• Icing – Prepare and apply icing, fillings, toppings, and decorations while ensuring proper product appearance, quality, and consistency.

• Sanitation – Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, tools, and workstations in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Logistics & Handling – Properly receive, organize, store, and transport raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.

• Check the quality, freshness, appearance, and proper packaging of finished products before dispatch.

• Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Maintain an organized and efficient work area to support smooth production operations.

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and delivery requirements.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate or equivalent.

• capable of performing production-related tasks.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to follow instructions, standard procedures, and quality standards.

• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining product quality and cleanliness.

• Willing to learn and undergo company training.

Work Requirements

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Able to lift and move ingredients, supplies, packaging materials, and finished products as required.

• Willing to work in areas with varying temperatures, including production and storage areas.

• Must strictly observe company policies on food safety, sanitation, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety.

• Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Must be willing to perform other duties related to production operations as assigned by management.

Pay: Php18,353.32 - Php22,612.51 per month
