Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager – Website Growth to take ownership of our website’s growth by improving the customer journey, conversion rates, engagement, retention, and revenue.
The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Design, Technology, Content, Sales, E-commerce, and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities and translate customer insights and website data into actionable product improvements.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Growth and Conversion
- Own the website growth roadmap, focusing on traffic-to-revenue conversion, customer engagement, retention, and overall experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), repeat purchases, and website revenue.
- Analyse the complete customer journey across landing pages, product pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase stages.
- Identify and resolve customer drop-offs and friction points throughout the buying journey.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve website conversions and customer retention.
Product Management
- Own website-related product requirements, prioritisation, and execution.
- Convert business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure the timely delivery of website improvements.
- Maintain and prioritise the website product backlog based on customer needs and potential business impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners whenever required.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes for website-growth initiatives.
Analytics and Customer Insights
- Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms to understand user behaviour.
- Track key website metrics and prepare actionable insights and reports.
- Analyse customer behaviour, search patterns, product performance, funnel performance, and website navigation.
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of product initiatives.
- Understand customer pain points through reviews, feedback, support queries, surveys, and behavioural data.
Experimentation and Optimisation
- Plan and execute A/B tests and website experiments across landing pages, product pages, navigation, offers, checkout, and other customer touchpoints.
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, test duration, and expected business impact for each experiment.
- Analyse experiment results and convert key learnings into future product initiatives.
- Continuously test and optimise the website experience across desktop and mobile.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives through structured experimentation.
E-commerce and Revenue Growth
- Work closely with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to improve the performance of product listings, collections, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Improve product discovery through search, filters, recommendations, navigation, and merchandising.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, product bundles, and personalised recommendations.
- Monitor website performance during major campaigns, product launches, and promotional periods.
- Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and mobile-first customer experience across the website.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Growth Product Management, E-commerce, Digital Products, or a related role.
- Experience working with e-commerce websites or consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong understanding of CRO, customer funnels, user journeys, and website analytics.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar analytics and behavioural tools.
- Good understanding of A/B testing and product experimentation.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and developers and translate business requirements into clear product requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-first experiences.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and project-ownership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiatives from planning through execution and measurement.
