Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building innovative products that solve real user problems and drive significant business value. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities, and will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.

Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs, pain points, and market trends.

Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, business value, and technical feasibility, managing the product backlog effectively.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile development environment.

Oversee product launches, working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful adoption.

Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data, and gather feedback to iterate on and improve existing features and products.

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating product updates, progress, and challenges clearly and concisely.

Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring a user-centric approach to product development.
