Product Manager and Evangelist (AI Product Builder)

We are looking for vibe coders (non-engineers welcome) who love building AI solutions for real-world problems, turn ideas into working applications and see it adopted. Business graduates preferred, engineers with right exposure may also apply.

1. About the Role

As a Tech Program Manager, you will take real-world scenarios and turn them into working applications, using AI tools and modern technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting, building, and seeing an idea become something people can actually use.

Your work will follow a simple build cycle:

1. Understand the Use Case – Work with the team to define the real-world problem and what a good solution looks like.

1. Explore the Tools – Experiment with AI tools, vibe coding platforms, and emerging technologies to find the right approach.

1. Build Prototypes – Create a working version of the application quickly.

1. Test and Iterate – Refine the solution based on feedback and real-world use.

1. Deliver and Track – Coordinate with the team to ship on time and keep progress on track.

1. Inspire others to build - launch hackathons in colleges & universities and curate new real world use-case builders.

1. What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who is curious, hands-on, and comfortable turning an idea into a working solution. Specifically:

● A builder mindset, with the confidence to take a use case and make it work.

● Active use of AI tools, and comfort experimenting with new ones.

● Strong comfort with vibe coding and building applications.

● A digitally savvy, innovation-driven approach to problem-solving.

● Good working fluency in English, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Basic proficiency in other languages is a plus.

● A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

1. Employment Type

This is a contractual position offering the opportunity to build and ship real applications in a fast-moving environment.

● Locations: Bengaluru, Mumbai, & Bhubaneswar

● Joining: Immediate

Competitive compensation structure based on role fit and experience will be provided & shall be discussed during the HR round in the process of interview.

● Preferred: Involvement in tech, AI, or vibe-coding communities, or work experience with nonprofits
