What we are looking for in a candidate:

Product Manager (Customer Experience)

Gurgaon (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Product Manager with at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally coming from a Customer experience background, who understands customer pain points deeply and can translate them into scalable product solutions. This role requires strong program management capabilities — someone who can manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, drive alignment across teams, and ensure timely execution with measurable impact. You will act as the bridge between customers, engineering, operations, and leadership, ensuring product initiatives deliver tangible business and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

● Product Ownership

○ Own product features/modules aligned to customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, retention). ○ Translate customer feedback and business requirements into detailed PRDs.

○ Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.

○ Prioritize features based on customer impact, revenue, and effort.

● Customer-Centric Strategy

○ Leverage customer experience to identify churn drivers and adoption gaps.

○ Work closely with customer experience teams to identify innovation opportunities.

○ Run customer discovery interviews and feedback loops.

● Program Management

○ Lead cross-functional programs involving product, engineering, design, sales & customer experience operations teams.

○ Create execution roadmaps with clear milestones and dependencies.

○ Track risks, blockers, and delivery timelines.

○ Ensure alignment through structured updates (weekly reviews, dashboards).

● Data & Analytics

○ Define KPIs for product performance.

○ Analyze usage data, churn metrics, and funnel drop-offs.

○ Drive experiments (A/B tests, pilot launches).

○ Present insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.

● Execution & Delivery

○ Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality releases.

○ Conduct sprint planning and backlog grooming.

○ Ensure timely product releases with clear documentation and enablement for GTM teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience in product roles.

● Prior experience in Customer experience / Customer Lifecycle / Account Management.

● Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs.

● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

● Experience writing detailed PRDs and managing product backlogs.

● Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data.

● Experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, or equivalent.
