Product Manager — Think Product. Build Product.

Most PMs in India think. A few build. We want both.

We are Witness The Fitness (WTF) — 55+ gyms, five brands (Witness The Fitness, WTF Academy, WTF Amplify, DigiGym, WTF Reboot), and a founder-led team that launches like a startup with the scale of a company. We're growing fast, and we need product people who can keep up.

We don't hire PMs to write documents nobody reads. We hire PMs who take an idea, pressure-test it with users and data, scope it ruthlessly, and ship it with engineers — then own the number it moves.

What you'll do:

• Take products from idea to launch — strategy, scoping, shipping, and measuring

• Talk to users every week: members, trainers, gym operators, partners

• Make hard scope cuts and defend them with data

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, designers, and the founder

• Own metrics end-to-end — a launch isn't done until the number moves

What's mandatory (this is what we screen for):

• You've shipped in a startup. Real 0-to-1 product work, not a large-org process role

• You think in numbers. Users, retention, revenue, conversion — you know your product's numbers cold

• You build. You've worked directly with engineers, you understand technical tradeoffs, and you can scope ruthlessly

• You own. No "I'll check with my lead" energy. You decide, you ship, you answer for the result
