Operations Manager - Retail LPG

We are looking for someone who can join us immediately. Our work location is LB Nagar, Hyderabad. Please apply only if you are willing to work at LB Nagar 6 days a week. Second and fourth Saturday are off.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Manager – Retail LPG Sales owns the retail LPG distribution and operations network, last-mile delivery and regulatory compliance for packed cylinders and commercial LPG. The role combines deals with distribution operations, driving volume and market coverage while keeping the network safe and compliant.

Key responsibilities

Channel & distribution management

● Build, appoint and manage the dealer / distributor / channel-partner network.

● Manage last-mile delivery, cylinder logistics, route planning and delivery SLAs.

● Own channel economics — margins, credit, incentives and partner performance.

Distribution operations

● Oversee cylinder stock, filling coordination, inventory and cylinder-inventory reconciliation.

● Ensure delivery reliability, turnaround and customer-service standards across the network.

● Manage godown / storage points and their day-to-day operations.

Safety, statutory & compliance

● Ensure retail network compliance with PESO, LPG (Regulation of Supply & Distribution) norms, RTA, weights-and-measures and fire-safety requirements.

● Enforce safe handling, storage and transport of cylinders; run safety audits and awareness among drivers and delivery staff.

● Maintain licences, records and statutory documentation across distribution points.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
