About Prologics

Prologics is a FedEx Ground service provider committed to reliable, on-time package delivery. We are growing our operations team and are looking for a capable Operations Manager to lead daily route activity in the Tracy area.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of delivery operations, including route planning, driver oversight, and service performance. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery operations and ensure routes are dispatched and completed on schedule

• Assign, monitor, and adjust routes based on volume, driver availability, and service needs

• Supervise, coach, and support delivery drivers to maintain safety and performance standards

• Meet or exceed FedEx Ground service-level and on-time delivery targets

• Monitor route performance, resolve delivery issues, and respond to customer concerns

• Ensure compliance with company policies, FedEx Ground standards, and all safety regulations

• Coordinate vehicle readiness, package flow, and end-of-day reconciliation

• Maintain accurate records and provide regular operational reports to leadership

Qualifications

Required:

• 2 to 5 years of experience managing delivery routes or similar logistics operations

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of drivers

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, as operations require

Preferred:

• Prior experience with FedEx Ground or another last-mile delivery operation

• Familiarity with route optimization and scanning or dispatch software

• Working knowledge of DOT safety and compliance requirements
