Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of six Subway locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient store management, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving operational excellence across all sites. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across six Subway outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient store functions.

• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to foster a productive work environment.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

• Coordinate inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability.

• Address operational issues promptly and implement solutions to improve overall store performance.

• Collaborate with corporate management on marketing initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail or restaurant operations management, preferably within the quick-service or fast-food industry.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations or teams simultaneously.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food service establishments.

• Effective communication skills for liaising with staff, customers, and corporate partners.
