Operations Manager

Job Summary
Frank's Pizzeria is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities, support staff performance, and maintain efficient service across the operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands fast-paced pizza restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and shift performance.

• Lead, train, and coach restaurant employees.

• Manage staffing, schedules, and shift coverage.

• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and customer service.

• Track inventory, ordering, waste, and operating costs.

• Maintain food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

• Handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally.

• Coordinate kitchen and front-of-house activities.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development.

• Communicate operational updates with ownership or senior management.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or operations experience.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Experience in pizza or fast-casual restaurants is helpful.

• Good understanding of food safety and restaurant procedures.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to remain organized during high-volume service.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Frank's Pizzeria is an Omaha pizza restaurant serving New York-style and Sicilian pizza along with pasta, wings, sandwiches, and other Italian-American favorites. The Capitol Avenue location provides dine-in, takeout, and delivery service.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
