Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of The Thrills Fun Park. The candidate will be responsible for smooth functioning of the park, staff coordination, customer service, safety, maintenance, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the fun park and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

• Supervise and coordinate staff including ticketing, security, housekeeping, food service, sales, and other operational teams.

• Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance and performance.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle visitor queries or complaints professionally.

• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance of the premises.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams for rides, equipment, electrical systems, and other facilities.

• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and emergency protocols.

• Monitor ticketing, entry management, crowd control, and visitor flow.

• Coordinate with the HR and management team regarding manpower requirements and staff issues.

• Monitor inventory, supplies, uniforms, operational equipment, and other requirements.

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.

• Identify operational problems and take appropriate corrective action.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, and management instructions are properly followed.

• Coordinate special events, peak-day operations, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in operations, hospitality, amusement parks, resorts, hotels, retail, or similar industries will be preferred.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple departments and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and office applications.

• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak operational periods.
