Job Summary
Airpay is an RBI-licensed omnichannel payments company operating in India, the UAE and Tanzania, with businesses spanning payments, distribution, lending and wealth.
We are hiring an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager to build products across Airpay Money, our consumer investing app, and Airpay Capital, our digital lending platform.
You will own features end to end — from the customer problem and requirements through launch and adoption — working closely with engineering, design, business, compliance and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery for investing journeys on Airpay Money across mutual funds, stocks and other asset classes.

• Build and improve lending journeys on Airpay Capital — personal and secured loans and credit cards — from application through eligibility, offers and disbursal.

• Bring investing and credit together into one seamless customer experience across app and web.

• Write clear PRDs and user stories, and work with design and engineering through build, testing and launch.

• Manage integrations with partner banks, NBFCs and investment partners, from scoping through go-live and ongoing issue resolution.

• Define success metrics for your features, track funnels and conversion, and use data and customer feedback to decide what to build next.

• Work with compliance and legal to ensure products meet RBI, SEBI and data-privacy requirements.

• Triage production issues with support and engineering, prioritising by customer and business impact.

• Track competitors and market trends in Indian investing and digital lending.

Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience building D2C investing journeys — investor onboarding and KYC, mutual fund SIP and lumpsum, stock and ETF orders, portfolio and holdings views, and redemptions.

• Understanding of how retail investing works behind the app — exchanges, depositories, RTAs, order lifecycle, settlement cycles and mandate-based payments such as UPI AutoPay and e NACH.

• Experience driving investor acquisition, activation and retention — first-investment conversion, SIP continuity and cross-sell of new asset classes.

• Familiarity with SEBI norms for investment platforms, including MF distribution, stock broking, KYC (KRA/CKYC) and investor disclosures.

• Track record of shipping consumer-facing app or web features at scale, with a strong eye for user experience.

• Exposure to digital lending flows (KYC, bureau checks, eligibility, disbursal) is a plus. Comfortable with APIs and partner integrations; able to read API documentation and write clear functional specifications.

• Data-driven, with working knowledge of funnels, product analytics tools and SQL/Excel.

• Working knowledge of RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and the DPDP Act is a plus.

• Clear written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple internal and partner stakeholders.

• Bias for action and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹779,006.47 - ₹1,235,713.64 per year
