As a Properties & Facilities Associate at Vivla, you will ensure all properties are impeccably maintained, beautifully presented, and fully stocked. This role involves supervising cleaning and maintenance standards, managing inventory, and supporting the Property Manager in daily operations, directly impacting the quality of the Vivla experience.
About the Role
As our Properties & Facilities Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that all Vivla homes are impeccably maintained, beautifully presented, and fully stocked to deliver an exceptional experience to our owners. You will supervise cleaning and maintenance standards, coordinate services with suppliers, manage inventory across properties, and support the Property Manager in daily operational tasks. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the quality and consistency of the Vivla experience.
What You’ll Do
Cleaning and Maintenance Oversight
Supervise cleaning standards and ensure compliance across all homes.
Monitor overtime hours and coordinate with cleaning companies.
Ensure the correct execution of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Styling and Presentation
Ensure each home reflects the aesthetics and styling defined by Vivla Studio.
Coordinate with teams to guarantee a flawless presentation for every stay.
Inventory and Supplies Management
Perform regular inventory checks (tickets, cleaning reports, on-site inspections).
Manage stock replenishments across all Vivla properties.
Prepare and coordinate the shipment of amenities to each home.
Property Management Support
Assist in the resolution of maintenance and operational incidents.
Support ownership transfers and utility management.
Travel Requirements
Conduct regular visits to all Vivla homes to ensure standards and proper execution.
Your Impact (OKRs)
Ensure impeccable cleaning and presentation across all properties.
Maintain a centralized, reliable, and updated inventory system.
Support the effective resolution of incidents across all properties.
Train and collaborate with cleaning teams to uphold Vivla standards.
Participate in strategic projects implemented within the Home Excellence area.
About You
Experience in operations, hospitality, property management, or facilities is preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to different properties.
A valid Category B driving licence is an essential requirement for the role.
