Summary
This role provides comprehensive coordination, reporting, and analytical support to the Real Estate Management Division (REMD), ensuring cross-functional alignment across various real property activities. The analyst integrates operational oversight with data analysis and communications planning to enhance transparency, consistency, and compliance within TSA’s real property portfolio.
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
The Operational Coordination & Real Property Analyst provides comprehensive coordination, reporting, and analytical support to the Real Estate Management Division (REMD). This role ensures cross-functional alignment across space buildouts, tenant renovations, personnel relocations, and leasing activities. The position integrates operational oversight with data analysis and communications planning to enhance transparency, consistency, and compliance across TSA’s real property portfolio. The Analyst supports DHS-mandated reporting requirements and facilitates collaboration across REMD branches and external stakeholders.
Operational Coordination & Real Property Analyst Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and synchronization across REMD branches, including space buildouts, tenant space renovations, personnel relocations, and real property leasing activities.
Support delegation and coordination of day-to-day operations, promoting effective collaboration across REMD functions.
Develop, implement, and regularly update a comprehensive REMD communications plan that enhances clarity and identifies effective communication strategies, platforms, and technologies for disseminating real estate-related information to diverse audiences.
Analyze, interpret, and integrate facility-related data into multiple formats, including graphs, tables, databases, spreadsheets, executive presentations, and TSA iShare/SharePoint web content; identify and resolve inconsistencies or outdated information.
Aggregate and synthesize TSA real property portfolio data to produce actionable insights for field personnel and leadership decision-making.
Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational transparency and informed resource planning.
Support all DHS-mandated real property reporting requirements, including preparation, coordination, and submission of required reports.
Facilitate REMD participation in DHS real property working groups, supporting approximately 24–30 reporting engagements and meetings annually.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of submitted real property data in alignment with DHS standards and federal reporting requirements.

Operational Coordination & Real Property Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in operational coordination, real property management, facilities planning, or federal program support.
Experience supporting federal real property reporting requirements and interagency working groups preferred.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in data aggregation, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, databases).
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing communications plans and executive-level reporting materials.
