Summary
The Operations Officer will join the Buying & Owning Real Estate HUB, providing essential back-office services for personal customers in Denmark. This role involves document preparation, data analysis, financial calculations, and administrative tasks related to property loans. The specialist will also communicate with various stakeholders and optimize processes using Lean principles.
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Buying & Owning Real Estate HUB. Our team supports Danske Bank advisers in branches by providing essential back-office services for personal customers in Denmark. We play an important role in helping advisers prepare for customer meetings and handle guarantee-related processes when customers are planning to buy a home.
In this role, you will become part of a collaborative and supportive team working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality services. It is a great opportunity to develop your skills within banking and real estate while contributing to smooth and efficient customer experience.
You will:
Be responsible for many different tasks, such as document preparation and analysis, data gathering from different systems and documents, customers’ future economy calculations, and other administrative tasks related to property or other types of loans
Communicate daily with colleagues and third-party real estate agencies, pension companies, and other banks in Denmark via e-mail and phone
Improve and optimize the process using Lean principles
About you:
Previous experience within customer service or back office (finance related or international company would be beneficial)
A collaborative person with a high sense of responsibility
Great communication skills
Comfortable with routine tasks and detail and quality-oriented
Upper-Intermediate English language skills, both written and spoken
A degree in finance, economics or a related field would be considered beneficial

Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
