About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data input into the relevant client systems. This role involves reviewing lease documents, analyzing and interpreting real estate data, developing data quality standards, and generating comprehensive reports to support the scope and proactively improve outcomes.
As the role requires extended weekday hours and round-the-clock support over weekends, there will be a rostered schedule to manage the resource requirements.
What You’ll Do
Review and interpret lease documents and terms
Analyze and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
Generate data reports and presentations.
Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Able to work on a rostered schedule of 5 working days per week with 2 designated rest days.
Willing to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required by business operations.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Basic knowledge of leasing and legal contracts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with international and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
