Summary
The Real Estate Asset Manager at Savills Spain will be responsible for the technical management of diverse real estate assets, including preventive and corrective maintenance. This role involves conducting environmental inspections, performing technical due diligence for transactions, and managing energy certificates.
At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we are looking to hire a Real Estate Asset Manager to join our Management Division based in our Barcelona offices.
Functions:
Technical management of real estate assets of different kinds, carrying out their preventive and corrective maintenance.
Conducting environmental inspections at construction sites.
Performing technical due diligence for both asset purchase and sale transactions.
Development and management of energy certificates.
Requirements
Graduate in Architecture / Technical Architecture or Engineering.
Experience of at least 2 years performing similar functions.
High level of English.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive, organized person with a focus on detail.
