At Stedelink, we are looking for a Property Manager with a solid technical foundation and the ambition to grow within the profession. You don't need to know everything about property management yet. We find it more important that you are eager to learn, have technical insight, and have the potential to develop into an independent property manager. We are happy to guide you in this process.

What are you going to do?

As a Property Manager, you are jointly responsible for the technical management of a selection of our homes and residential complexes. Together with experienced colleagues, you ensure that these remain safe, sustainable, and well-maintained. You will gradually grow into an independent role, taking on increasing responsibility for preparing, organizing, and supervising maintenance work.

You are regularly outdoors to conduct inspections, have contact with contractors, residents, and colleagues, and learn how to translate technical insights into smart maintenance plans.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Preparing, organizing, and supervising planned maintenance;

• Carrying out inspections and condition assessments and evaluating the technical condition of homes;

• Monitoring the quality, planning, and progress of maintenance work;

• Collaborating with and monitoring contractors and suppliers;

• Contributing to maintenance planning and budget monitoring;

• Advising on maintenance, sustainability, and safety;

• Answering technical questions from tenants and business relations;

• Maintaining contact with residents' committees, colleagues, and external partners;

• Contributing ideas for improvements in maintenance processes and property management.

Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will be given increasing independence and responsibility. You will be guided by experienced colleagues and given the space to further develop yourself into an all-round Property Manager.

What we expect from you

You have a technical background and are ready for the second or third step in your career. You want to further develop within real estate and thrive in a role where technology, collaboration, and direction come together.

In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO-4 education in a technical field, for example Construction Engineering or a similar program;

• Preferably several years of relevant work experience, for example with a contractor, maintenance company, or real estate organization;

• The ambition and potential to function at a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level;

• Affinity with technical management, maintenance, and sustainability;

• Good communication skills;

• A B driving license.

Experience with planned maintenance within a housing association or knowledge of subjects such as NEN 2767, tenancy and construction law, VCA, or asbestos is a plus, but not a requirement. We offer you the opportunity to acquire this knowledge and certifications during your employment.

What you can expect from us

You will be classified in accordance with the Housing Services Collective Labour Agreement (CAO). Depending on your knowledge, experience, and the extent to which you already meet the full job profile, an entry-level salary may apply. During a personal development trajectory, we will guide you towards the regular salary scale associated with the position.

In addition, we invest in your development with education, training, and guidance from experienced colleagues.

• A gross monthly salary of €3,788 based on 36 hours (scale H of the Housing Services collective labour agreement)

• Holiday allowance of 8% of your gross annual salary.

• A year-end bonus of 4% of your gross annual salary.

• An internet fee of €20 per month.
