Pediatric Allergy/Immunology Faculty - Assistant Professor

Position Summary

The Division of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children's Wisconsin (CW) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Allergy & Immunology physician to join its expanding division at the Children's Wisconsin hospital campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The division is nationally and internationally recognized for excellence in clinical care, education, and research, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to both pediatric and adult patients.

Position Highlights

• Provide comprehensive allergy and immunology care to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Children's Wisconsin, Froedtert Hospital, and the Zablocki VA Medical Center.

• Participate in teaching, research, and academic activities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Chair.

• Full-time, salaried (exempt) position.

Department Highlights

The Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology evaluates and treats both children and adults at the primary Milwaukee campus and multiple regional "Care Closer to Home" locations. The division serves as the Allergy/Clinical Immunology service for Children's Wisconsin, Froedtert Hospital, and the Zablocki VA Medical Center.

The division is recognized as a Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center of Excellence for Primary Immunodeficiency and recently received a $1 million donation to expand its Food Allergy Program. Current faculty include 7 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers with expertise in both pediatric and adult allergy/immunology. Active clinical trials and funded research span asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, hereditary angioedema, and primary immunodeficiency, supported by an active immunodiagnostic laboratory.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Allergy & Immunology.

• Eligible for unrestricted Wisconsin medical licensure.

• Academic rank determined by qualifications and experience.
