Role overview

Summary

Undertake residential valuations across Tauranga and surrounding areas, engaging in diverse work including VOS instructions, private client engagements, and specialized residential sectors. Collaborate with a high-performing team and leverage industry-leading software to streamline reporting.

The Opportunity - Te āhei

  • Undertaking residential valuations across Tauranga, and the surrounding areas, with flexibility around preferred working areas

  • Engaging in a diverse mix of work including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements & specialized residential sectors such as public works compensation

  • Leveraging industry-leading software to streamline reporting

  • Collaborating with a high-performing team of experts across the country

  • Base salary, excellent commission package and continual strong pipeline of work with flexible work options

About you - Mō koe:

  • NZ or AUS Registered Residential Valuer

  • Experienced in valuing residential property within New Zealand or Australia

  • A team player with strong research and data management skills

  • Self-motivated team player, with strong time management capabilities

  • Customer service orientated with excellent communication skills
