About The Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and executive communications. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, remain calm under pressure, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Prioritize multiple tasks and manage changing priorities effectively.
Assist in planning company events, leadership meetings, and special projects.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
Support business operations and provide administrative assistance whenever required.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Flexible to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
