Role overview
Summary
This role involves comprehensive HR functions, including high-volume recruitment, candidate and hiring manager coordination, and various HR operations such as onboarding, employee record management, and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 0.5-2 years of recruitment experience and strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment:
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
Conduct high-volume phone screens and initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Collect feedback, track progress, and ensure closure for each role
Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and report weekly hiring status
B. Candidate & hiring manager coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure a smooth candidate experience (timely updates, clear communication)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines
Align expectations on role fit, interview stages, and selection decisions
C. HR operations:
Manage onboarding coordination (joining kit, documentation, induction)
Maintain employee records (joining documents, contracts, HR files)
Support attendance, late marks, leave tracking, and reporting
Assist with HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, notices, etc.)
Support employee queries and coordination for HR policies/processes
Help implement HR initiatives (engagement activities, internal communication)
Other requirements:
0.5–2 years of experience in recruitment (mandatory).
Strong communication skills for phone, email, and WhatsApp coordination.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-up activities.
Strong coordination, tracking, and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Professional, punctual, and process-oriented approach to work.
Experience hiring for IT or technology roles, including developers, designers, marketing, and business development professionals, is preferred.
Experience working in a small or medium-sized organization with exposure to multiple HR responsibilities is an advantage.
Familiarity with basic HR compliance and documentation practices is preferred.
