About the Role
Our client is seeking experienced Client Partner / Account Director for an IT services company, focused on managing and growing strategic accounts across the Real Estate, PropTech, Construction, and Built Environment domains.
This role is ideal for a senior client-facing leader who has experience owning enterprise relationships, expanding revenue within existing accounts, identifying new technology services opportunities, and working closely with delivery, presales, and solution teams.
The Client Partner / Account Director will be responsible for account growth, executive relationship management, strategic account planning, pipeline development, delivery alignment, client satisfaction, and expansion of IT services offerings.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in client partner, account director, strategic account management, business development, sales, consulting, or delivery leadership within an IT services company.
Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts in Real Estate, PropTech, Construction, Facilities, Infrastructure, or Built Environment domains.
Proven success with account farming, cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and revenue expansion.
Strong experience building relationships with CXO, VP, Director-level, business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
Strong understanding of IT services offerings, including application development, managed services, cloud, data, analytics, AI/GenAI, automation, integration, ERP, CRM, QA, DevOps, and enterprise platform modernization.
Experience partnering with offshore, nearshore, or global delivery teams.
Ability to work with delivery, presales, solution architecture, and practice teams to shape proposals, SOWs, and client solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client business challenges and convert them into practical technology services opportunities.
Ideal candidate is a client-facing IT services leader who understands how to manage enterprise relationships, grow strategic accounts, and partner with delivery teams to create measurable client value. They should be comfortable engaging executives and senior stakeholders, identifying business and technology needs, positioning IT services solutions, and expanding relationships across real estate, PropTech, construction, facilities, infrastructure, and built-environment clients.
This person should bring both commercial account ownership and delivery awareness, with the ability to grow revenue while maintaining strong client trust and delivery confidence.
