The project is not only focused on gameplay but also on building a complete racing-based entertainment brand. Revo Racers includes game promotions, tournament registrations, player engagement, college-level competitions, sponsor opportunities, digital campaigns, community building, and long-term esports expansion.

The Digital Media Executive will support the team in creating online visibility for Revo Racers and other Revolution Games projects through social media content, posters, short videos, reels, community updates, and promotional campaigns.

About the Role

Revolution Games is hiring a Digital Media Executive – Fresher to support our social media, digital promotions, content publishing, video coordination, and esports marketing activities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are creative, active on social media, interested in gaming and esports, and eager to learn digital media execution. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, design, video, and game development teams to create and publish content for Revolution Games, Revo Racers, tournaments, campaigns, and upcoming gaming products.

The candidate should be willing to learn poster coordination, reel planning, YouTube Shorts, Instagram content, LinkedIn posts, Facebook updates, basic content writing, campaign tracking, and digital community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate will assist in planning and publishing social media content for Revolution Games and Revo Racers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other digital channels.

• The role includes coordinating with designers and video editors for posters, reels, short videos, tournament announcements, hiring posts, promotional creatives, and campaign materials. The candidate should help maintain a daily content calendar and ensure posts are published on time.

• The Digital Media Executive will also support basic content writing, caption creation, hashtag research, social media engagement, tournament promotion, player updates, community posts, and digital campaign tracking.

• The candidate may also assist in collecting content ideas, monitoring competitor pages, researching gaming trends, preparing simple reports, organizing media files, and supporting marketing campaigns for esports events and game promotions.

Required Skills

• The candidate should have basic knowledge of social media platforms, content posting, digital trends, and online promotion. Interest in gaming, esports, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content will be an added advantage.

• Good communication skills, basic writing ability, creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are important for this role.

• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or any video/poster editing tool will be preferred, but not mandatory for freshers.

• The candidate should be disciplined, organized, and able to coordinate with designers, video editors, marketers, and management for daily digital media activities.
