Calendar full.
Slack notifications on.
Three tabs open.
Back-to-back meetings.

But being busy doesn't necessarily mean you're doing important work.

Sometimes it just means nobody knows how to prioritize.

I've started thinking that the most productive person in the room might actually be the one who says, "We don't need to do this."
