Software Engineer

We are looking for a strong Software Engineer to build and scale a high-performance algorithmic trading platform focused on real-time market data, strategy execution, order management, risk systems, and scalable trading infrastructure.

What You'll Work On

• Historical and real-time market-data processing

• High-throughput and scalable event-processing systems

• Order simulation, live execution, and order management

• Real-time user and portfolio risk monitoring, management, and analytics

• Broker and exchange integrations

• Backtesting and simulation infrastructure

• Reliable, performance-sensitive backend systems

• Manage and mentor the engineering team, ensuring effective execution and delivery

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong proficiency in Python with solid software architecture and system-design skills

• Experience building production backend, real-time, or data-intensive systems

• Understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, or distributed systems

• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and messaging/streaming systems

• Comfortable working with Linux and debugging complex systems

• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills

• Rust or another systems programming language is a strong plus
