Job Summary:

Arham Technologies Limited is looking for a hands-on Software Engineer who can take complete ownership of software development — from understanding business requirements and designing the architecture to frontend/backend development, deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance. We are looking for someone who is not restricted to a particular technology stack. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver, fast learner, and builder, capable of using conventional development as well as modern AI-assisted development tools to build reliable applications significantly faster. The engineer will work on internal enterprise applications, automation systems, AI-enabled products, AI agents and new digital products for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Application Development

• Own the complete software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal business applications, and digital products.

• Develop both frontend and backend systems.

• Build scalable APIs, databases and application architectures.

• Convert business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing applications.

Backend & Full-Stack Development

• Strong development capability in Node.js and/or Java.

• Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services and integrations.

• Work with relational and modern databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase or equivalent technologies.

• Develop modern frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React/Next.js or equivalent.

• Handle authentication, role-based access, permissions and application security.

AI & Agentic Development

• Build applications incorporating Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows capable of interacting with databases, APIs and enterprise systems.

• Build AI-powered automation for internal business processes.

• Work with LLM APIs, tool/function calling, structured outputs, RAG, and knowledge-based AI systems.

• Experiment with and rapidly adopt emerging AI technologies where they create measurable business value.

• Understand how to build reliable AI systems rather than simply prompting an AI model.

AI-Assisted Software Development

• Actively use modern AI coding and development tools to accelerate development.

• Ability to prototype applications quickly without compromising production quality.

• Use AI for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and development workflows.

• Evaluate new AI tools independently and integrate useful technologies into the development process.

Deployment & DevOps

• Deploy and maintain production applications using platforms such as Vercel, AWS, Azure or equivalent cloud infrastructure.

• Work with Git/GitHub, version control, and collaborative development practices.

• Manage development, staging, and production environments.

• Understand CI/CD pipelines, environment variables, logs and production monitoring.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues quickly.

Integrations & Automation

• Integrate applications with third-party APIs, ERPs, CRMs, WhatsApp, email, and other enterprise systems.

• Develop automation between different applications and databases.

• Understand webhooks, scheduled processes and event-driven workflows.

• Identify repetitive business processes that can be digitized or automated.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting

• Good understanding of low-code platforms and application architecture

• Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)

• Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON, Webhooks)

• Knowledge of database management (MySQL or similar)

• Understanding of AI automation tools/platforms

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• MCA / B.Tech / BE / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) preferred

• Relevant certifications in Zoho Creator, Web Development, or AI/Automation tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Backend: Node.js, Java, REST APIs

• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js

• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase or equivalent

• AI: LLM APIs, AI Agents, Agentic AI, RAG, Function/Tool Calling, Prompt Engineering
